The main house includes two primary bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths, eat-in kitchen, foyer, family room, parlor half-bath, wet bar with pass-through window to pool patio, and 2-car garage. The guest house, located within a few steps of the main house, includes two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, and a family room. Daydreams Villa is all about soaking in the INCREDIBLE 180 degree views of Chalk Sound. There are really no words to describe the ever-changing color of the water and the feeling of the constant trade winds and warm sunshine. Our favorite places to relax at Daydreams Villa are: -the spacious covered pavilion overlooking the water and just steps away from the pool - we dare anyone to find a better view on Chalk Sound -the swim platform where the gentle waves of Chalk Sound and colorful coral reefs and tropical fish beckon you to jump in the clear, shallow, warm water for snorkeling or kayaking (sandy bottom is safe for bare feet!) -the upstairs balcony off the back main bedroom, especially at night with the stars covering the sky and the trade winds washing your cares away -Taylor Bay Beach (also called Sunset Beach) - we think this is the most beautiful, relaxing beach in the world. Shallow, clear, warm water, soft white sand, and often you are the only people on the entire beach! Our property manager will meet you on site upon arrival, provide a property tour, answer any questions you may have, and will be available by phone or WhatsApp anytime during your stay if you need anything. **Note: Due to very high electricity costs in Turks & Caicos, electricity usage for air conditioning and pool heater is charged separately. Property manager will read the electric meters upon check-in and upon check-out. **Note: The small round dipping pool does not function as a hot tub / spa. It is heated the same way the pool is heated. **Note: The property has exterior security cameras in front and on the sides. There are no cameras on the back of the house to give total privacy in the pool area. **Note a complimentary midweek is given for stays up to 10 nights or more.
