Come and enjoy this huge self catering, self contained chalet set in the quiet Meititsu forest, in the beautiful village of Hakuba, Nagano….home to the premier events of the 1998 Winter Olympics.
For the Winter Season, with the excitement of having the snow at your doorstep, or for the cool refreshing Summer Season, this house offers stylish accommodation for up to 10 people at a very affordable price.
The house has everything you need, for a winter evening in front of the TV watching a movie, or a summer evening BBQ out by the charming creek.

The covered entry way opens into a lobby area that leads into the open plan living room/Japanese tatami room. The living room is furnished with comfy sofa’s, plenty of space to relax. The Japanese Tatami room can be set with two futon beds.
To the left of the lobby is a large kitchen dining room …with everything you will need. To the other side of the lobby there is a second kitchen dining area, perfect for large groups. Both kitchens have modern appliances with a gas stove top, grill and a dining table.
In the bathrooms there is a full bathtub and standing shower space, vanity and separate toilet. There is also a separate laundry space, with washer/dryer, and a boiler/drying room. There is also a full second bathroom.
Upstairs are five more bedrooms. The master bedroom room has a queen bed, and its own built in closet. A second double bedroom also has a queen bed.
A double room and two single bedrooms all have single beds , and built-in closets.
All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have underfloor heating so you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights.
The Hakuba 47 Resort, linked to Goryu Resort, is a short 800 meter drive up the hill, or an easy walk for the more energetic.
Whilst this house is one of the closest rental accommodations to the 47 Resort, Shuttle busses do not run through the Meitetsu area, we therefore recommend guests will need a rental car for getting about. Happy to assist and have a car waiting at the house for you upon arrival.
It has a flat screen TV with Apple TV.
The entire house has high speed broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop iPad or smartphone.
