Charming typical Mallorcan house built with natural stones and located on a plot of 11,000 m2 with beautiful views towards the north of the island. Located near the old town of Alcudia, it offers several services (such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, petrol stations, or pharmacies) within walking or driving distance, as well as a short drive from beautiful beaches such as "Alcanada" or "El Mal Pas".
This house can accommodate up to 6 people, as it consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. The interior of the villa is decorated with authentic elements, carefully and lovingly cared for by its owners, which creates a welcoming and Mediterranean atmosphere.
The property is divided into two houses. The main building consists of two floors: on the ground floor, there is an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and television, as well as a large dining table. The kitchen is very spacious, fully equipped and has a living area. There is also the bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and another complete bathroom. The second building, next to the swimming pool, has a living room with a rustic kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a large terrace. On the upper floor of this, is the remaining bedroom, with two single beds.
The exterior area of the property is well-maintained and furnished. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a Balinese bed. There is also a barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer meals with family and friends.

The tourist tax will be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
