Newly remodeled and refurnished, the home’s interior features a bright, single-level layout showcasing modern design and comforts. The kitchen has gorgeous counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A Keurig coffee maker provides morning brew convenience. There’s breakfast bar seating, a sunny eat-in nook, and a dining table where sit-down meals can be enjoyed. After the day’s adventures, the living area is the perfect place to unwind while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
