A second room features a built-in twin daybed and desk, perfect to use as an office or kid’s room. Guests can also access a large, communal deck area that features sun loungers, a dining table, and a gas BBQ grill.
This home is just one block away from the famed East Beach and within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions such as the Santa Barbara Zoo, Bird Refuge, Cabrillo Arts Pavilion, and East Beach volleyball courts, all of which are within walking distance. Guests can also make use of the scenic bike and walking path that runs along East and West beach and houses some of the best shops, galleries, and restaurants that Santa Barbara has to offer. For locally grown and organic produce, Tri-County Produce is just a 3-minute walk away and features a fully stocked market that has everything you need.
