Property Manager Alvim’s Douro is a detached Douro valley villa, in the Douro region, in Folgosa – Armamar, with 3 bedrooms and a fantastic pool, in a privileged location with fabulous views over the river! This villa is located just 11.5 km from Régua and 16 km from Pinhão and is the ideal retreat for a restful stay with family or friends. Fully furnished and with an area of more than 250 m2, Alvim’s Douro can accommodate up to 6 people in comfort. The house has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and also has a service bathroom, with free amenities at your disposal. We’ll have everything ready for your arrival, so you won’t have to worry about bringing sheets or towels! The property stands out for its large and bright divisions, such as the dining and living room, in open space, where you will be able to enjoy the magnificent views of the Douro River! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, so you can cook your own meals. The entire home features high-speed WiFi access and cable TV. The exterior of Alvim’s Douro presents itself as one of the most outstanding elements of this villa. The stunning pool overlooking the Douro River, as well as the vineyard that surrounds the entire property, will provide you with an absolutely magical experience! Dining outside is also possible, as the villa has a Barbecue area, which is also surrounded by the incredible beauty of the region. Guest Access In this property you will be able to enjoy complete privacy! Check-In and Reception It is only possible to reach the property by car, however there is free parking on site. Please note that we do not have a reception at the house, so it is necessary that you inform us of your arrival in advance. Nearby activities and attractions: The Douro is historic and magical. Everything in the Douro is worth visiting, so we have the most diverse Local Experiences in Nature so you can enjoy and complete your stay. We have several tours with visits to different estates, and wine tastings. You can also enjoy a tour of these same places in a 4x4 vehicle. You will also be able to visit different lands in the Douro region such as Lamego or Favaios and experience their customs and traditions. Taking a cruise along the magnificent Douro River, starting in Régua and heading to Pinhão, is also a memorable experience that you cannot miss! The viewpoints are the highlight of the region.
