This modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the 5th floor of a contemporary development in the Old Trafford area of Manchester, just a 5-minute walk from Old Trafford Stadium. Boasting a stylish interior with floor-to-ceiling windows, chic furnishings, and all the essentials for a comfortable city stay, the apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, including the use of a sofa bed.
The Space:
This stunning apartment is thoughtfully designed to a high standard, featuring modern fixtures and stylish furnishings throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer lovely views from the 5th floor. The semi-open plan living area includes a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, a dining table, and a lounge area with a sofa and Smart TV, complete with catch-up TV apps and high-speed broadband throughout.
A sofa bed in the living area can accommodate one guest and can be prepared before arrival for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). The spacious bedrooms offer king-size beds with crisp hotel-quality linens, ample storage, and large windows that enhance the bright and airy feel. The modern bathroom features a powerful shower, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and plush towels for your convenience.

There are tram and bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment, meaning all areas of the city are within easy reach. There’s also plenty of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4- 6 people.
There is a sofa bed for 1 person bed in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
