Welcome to this 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story, 900 sq. ft. upper rear unit of a 2-unit complex. The first unit in this complex (NB-420A) is on the beach/boardwalk. This home has its own sweeping ocean view balcony that is equipped with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a barbecue for when you need meal making to be easy.
The great room sports a beach chic living room with lots of comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and slider access to the balcony - so indoor/outdoor living is really easy here.
The kitchen, has a breakfast bar with high-top stools for great ocean views. Right next to it is an inside dining area for 4, so everyone can eat together inside if desired. Note that there is only a convection oven in the kitchen, not a regular oven and there is no dishwasher.
There are 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the 2nd with 2 twin beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to ensure you are always comfortable.
Additional amenities include 1 car parking space in the garage on the right. The garage is from the 1960’s so it is neither tiny nor huge. Additional street parking is also available. There is also WIFI and cable and a washer and dryer in the garage that you may use.
This simple, but very adequate home, or combination of homes, will make a great home base to return to after your day’s adventures. And you may very likely create some memories that will last a lifetime.

Newport Beach is a coveted vacation location along the Southern California coastline. It, and the surrounding Balboa Peninsula, have a huge variety of land and sea-based activities for you to enjoy.
Here you are about half-way between the greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas, so it easy to take a day trip to enjoy the many world-class attractions in these areas.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Property Manager Seasonals, Inc.
