A four-story masterpiece, your designer townhome features high-end finishes at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with expansive butcher-block counter space. Four plush bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half baths create a comfortable layout for the whole family. Three southern-exposure porches provide space for fresh breezes, the top two of which enjoy sunset views of Assawoman Bay. Every room comes equipped with its own smart TV and the home features a stylish lounge area, ideal for enjoying game night or fun movies with the family. Additional perks include central A/C, a private washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and high-speed WiFi - perfect for streaming, remote learning, and Zoom calls. A two-car garage adds convenience. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200. Fall (September 13 September 30) = $150. Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select event weekends. Special event surcharges and dates are subject to change without notice. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
