You will enter the home through the front door to the main (2nd) level into the bright and expansive great room, holding the living room, dining area and kitchen, all with a Thunder Mountain backdrop.
Living Room
A sprawling and contemporary sectional sofa surrounds a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV, with a high ceiling and stunning red rock views.
Kitchen
A modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the equipment needed, including a rice cooker, for any homemade meal. It features gorgeous stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and a center island with bar seating for three. And you can enjoy the red rock views from here too!
Dining Area
Dining table with seating for six that is encircled by floor-to-ceiling doors and windows with breathtaking views. From here, you can access the wrap-around deck with patio seating, a BBQ to grill up your favorites, and more of those unstoppable views.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom (main level) – King bed, an in-room soaking tub with a handheld shower head, vanity sink, water closet, and access to a private balcony.
Bedroom 2 (main level) – Two twin beds (or put together for a king bed upon request and a $30 fee) and private access to a full shared bath with a shower.
Bedroom 3 / Studio (lower level) – Separate exterior entrance to the lower level studio that features a king bed, twin over twin bunk bed, a sitting area with a sofa, flat screen TV and a private bath with a shower. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven and high-top dining table with seating for four.
Outdoor Areas
This home sits on 1.5 acres at the foot of Thunder Mountain and the yard is spacious and serene. Enjoy your favorite beverage and up-close views while sitting back on the deck chairs or soaking in the private hot tub after a full day of activities. Relax in the hammock nestled in the shade trees or breathe in the Thunder Mountain backdrop from the backyard sitting area.
