With complete privacy, a tranquil setting, and direct neighborhood access to Sedona’s most iconic hiking trails, this home is a private slice of red rock paradise.
This luxurious single-level estate offers a spacious 3,600 square feet, four serene bedrooms, and two and a half spa-style bathrooms—easily accommodating up to 14 guests in elevated comfort.
Step through the front entry into an expansive great room that brings together the living room, dining space, and chef’s kitchen in an airy, light-filled layout. Soaring vaulted ceilings, warm hickory hardwood floors, and a wall of windows seamlessly blend indoor comfort with the beauty of Sedona’s natural surroundings.
Living Room: This sun-drenched gathering space features contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, Smart TV, and panoramic red rock views from every angle. Sliding glass doors lead to serene seating areas where nature feels just a step away.
Kitchen: Culinary enthusiasts will love the gourmet kitchen, equipped with premium stainless steel appliances from Thermador, Fratzz Italia, Edgestar, and Bosch. Whip up meals with ease using the gas range, dual ovens, and oversized fridge with an ice maker. The expansive center island offers bar seating for four, while a stylish bistro table and a wine bar with a dedicated fridge make entertaining a dream. A second full-size fridge in the garage offers extra space for group gatherings or celebratory feasts.
Dining Area: Dine indoors at the elegant table for eight or slide open the patio doors to enjoy unforgettable alfresco meals with a front-row seat to Sedona’s red rock majesty.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — A peaceful haven featuring a king-size bed, 55” Smart TV with DVD player, work desk, and two enormous walk-in closets. The spa-like ensuite bathroom boasts double sinks, a large soaking tub with red rock views, and a rainfall-style shower with four showerheads for a revitalizing retreat.
Bedroom 2 & 3 — Each of these spacious rooms offers two queen beds, a 55” Smart TV, and access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo, perfect for families or groups traveling together.
Bedroom 4 — A cozy and private space with one queen bed and two twin beds, a 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and those same awe-inspiring views that make waking up here feel magical.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The stunning backyard offers a massive paver patio with lounge seating, a fire pit for stargazing and storytelling, and a BBQ grill for sunset feasts. The wraparound deck makes it easy to savor the breathtaking 360-degree vistas morning to night. A private pool and hot tub complete this dreamscape—ideal for total relaxation and fun under Sedona’s endless skies.
Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures, pool heating is unavailable October 1 through March 31, and temperatures may not reach ideal levels. Pool depth: 3-6 feet. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!
