Located in the sought-after Village of Oak Creek is the wonderful Sedona Casa Oak Creek condominium. This property is near many of the stunning Sedona red rock formations and activities, including golf, hiking and biking trails, along with the restaurant and shopping options.
The condo is situated on the second floor and offers 1,270 square feet. With its three bedrooms and two baths, the unit can sleep up to six guests.
You’ll take the exterior stairs to the second floor and then enter the condo door where you’ll be greeted by the open and airy great room. This room has new flooring throughout, as well as vaulted ceilings.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable sofa and chairs, a decorative fireplace (not operational), a Smart TV. Take advantage of the deck access where you can enjoy the red rock views.
Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner electric range. You will find all the utensils and equipment needed to create delicious meals and snacks.
Dining Area: The dining area has a table with seating for up to six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV, and lovely surrounding views. The private bathroom offers double sinks, a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 2 & 3— Each offering a queen bed and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Community Amenities
Community hot tub, pool and seasonal tennis courts. The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.
