Plaza de España is a luxurious one bedroom apartment located in one of the most emblematic and exclusive buildings in the center of Madrid, Madrid Tower, which has a doorman, 24 hours security and gym, and from which you can see magnificent and privileged views of the city.
This apartment is totally exterior and recently renovated and decorated with exquisite taste. The bedroom has a double bed of 190x200 cm, convertible into two single beds. It also has an elegant and spacious dressing room and a bathroom en suite with shower. The large living room is independent and has an open kitchen with top brand appliances. In addition, it has a work area with a desk and an extra bed of 90x190 cm, inside the living room but separated from it. From the living room you can access a small terrace from which you can see spectacular views of the city. The apartment also has a full bathroom for guests.
The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system that is available in the following periods:
-The heating will be available from November 1 to April 1
-Air conditioning will be available from June 1 to September 30.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
