Robinson Shoreline House
This 2,700-square-foot, five-bedroom home is located in the Marina View area of Bass Lake and includes a beautiful two-story great room with soaring windows to let in natural light, a fireplace, and a new flatscreen TV and sound system. The gorgeous kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, tiled floors, and granite countertops. The dining room has a massive wood table that seats up to eight people. The upstairs den features a foosball table as well as a TV. The primary suite is on the entry-level and has its own sliding glass door opening to a deck, as well as a king bed and a private bathroom with a large jet tub. There are four bedrooms upstairs, two of which also have doors to an additional deck. Amenities include central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a gas grill, a balcony.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.
Things to know
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
