This villa is all about geometry and modernity. It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Located on the front line of the Al Maaden Golf Course and 15 minutes from Marrakech city.
These 4 bedrooms, Living and Dining rooms are at your disposal.
This villa offers all the comforts with among others a safe in the rooms, internet access (wifi), electric heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private swimming pool, covered parking, 5 televisions (including 1 per room).
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker & Nespresso machine, toaster and juicer.
The terrace and swimming pool have a breathtaking view of the Al Maaden Golf Course. They offer you a sunset every day of the year and make way for the evening, which is enhanced by the house’s sound system.

Alcohol : since we do not have any licence. We cannot buy or transport it for you. But you are welcome to bring your wine, and we will serve it with pleasure without any cork-fee.
External Guest : we require the guest list before your arrival. It might populate Extra Guest fees. Our policy is clear about any form of prostitution, in case of early check-out or cancelation regarding this particular matter : no refund will be made.
