*Summary* The Woodside Guest House is a beautifully decorated townhome located in the heart of the historic Haymount District. This historic home has been divided into two separate apartments, each unit sharing only one interior wall. Each unit includes a separate and private entrance and designated parking space. Our Woodside Guest House I and II do not share any interior spaces. Enjoy a home away from home all to yourself in a historic, quiet, residential neighborhood. Each two-story historic townhome has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Basic amenities and essentials included mean that body wash, shampoo/conditioner, make-up remover, dish soap, laundry detergent, fresh linens, and a kitchen stocked with dining wares, basic cookware, and utensils, and full-sized appliances are at your disposal. Enjoy streaming your favorite subscription services on our 2 smart TVs which are already connected to our high-speed WiFi for your convenience. Make yourself at home and enjoy our home as much as we do! *The Space* The Woodside Guest House is a beautiful two-story townhome that features two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Enter the home on the first floor and find a comfortable living room complete with a smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Cable is not provided, but WiFi is included and reaches all areas of the home. A separate dining room seats 4 and our coffee station includes K-cups, sweeteners, and creamer. Our kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cooking needs as well as a complimentary continental breakfast bar featuring oatmeal and granola bars. Our bathrooms all include toilet paper, make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. After a nice shower curl up in one of our comfortable queen-sized beds with fresh linens for a good night’s sleep. *Guest Access* Guests enjoy complete and exclusive access to our home except for one locked closet and the locked basement. Enter the home through the front door with your personalized lock code for our Yale smart lock. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Access to either side includes a dedicated driveway and space for one vehicle on the street. *The Neighborhood* The Woodside Guest house is located in the Haymount district with restaurants and bars right around the corner. We recommend taking the short drive to check out Historic Downtown Fayetteville. The Historic Haymount neighborhood is the gem of Fayetteville and our neighbors take pride in their homes. Please respect our neighbors and restrict excessive noise between 9 PM and 6 AM. LeClair’s General Store for coffee and gifts, Latitude 35, a great pub/dinner, The 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum are all within the neighborhood! *Getting Around* A car is strongly suggested although rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too! *Other Things to Note* Thank you for following our House Rules. In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure: 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Place all used towels in the black hamper bag or on the bathroom floor. 3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation. *Interaction with Guests* In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code. Our Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
