This home sits outside the western boundary of Yosemite National Park, one mile south of the Chinquapin intersection of Wawona Road and Glacier Point Road at an altitude of 5,100-6,300 feet. This airy home was recently remodeled to include air conditioning, an EV charging station, a computer station, a TV, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and butcher-block countertops. The deck has cushioned seating and a commanding view of the surrounding woods, offering a stunning spot to cap each fun-filled day spent in Yosemite. Things to Know During the winter months (affected months vary upon on the weather), all patio items are stored away. The grill will also not be available during this time. Frequent power outages we do not offer compensation for this, please be prepared. Wifi is spotty due to mountain location No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
