It’s only a block away from Bourbon Street and a 5 minute walk from the French Quarter, home to some of New Orleans’s best restaurants, bars, and cafes. Elevate your stay at Factors Row with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 9 min walk away.
The Space:
The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District. Experience a part of New Orleans’ earliest history by staying at Factors Row, built in 1858 and renovated in 2016. Best of all each unit is complete with all the conveniences of home.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
