This independent apartment is located inside the wonderful Villa Vetta Marina di Sirolo. The house therefore has a separate entrance and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area and double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom for the disabled with shower and a bedroom with two single beds or double bed. On the first floor there is a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a terraced garden furnished with deckchairs, umbrella and dining area. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning. If due, we remind you that at the time of check-in you will have to pay the municipal tourist tax. The price includes only the final cleaning.
