Enjoy great proximity to all that St. Augustine has to offer while staying in this charming 1900’s Water Street Cottage! Located 20 feet to the Matanzas River and within walking distance of the fort and all the downtown attractions, this home is cheerfully bright, and thoughtfully decorated. The Little Yellow Cottage has a relaxing layout with one king bedroom, 1 bedroom with a twin day bed, full kitchen, cheerful dining, cozy living space, large front porch, and fenced courtyard in the back. You will be enamored by the historic detail in the master bathroom and throughout the entire home! Every detail has been thought of! Enjoy the restored original hardwood floors, clean and cozy furniture, and retro/historic details. Cook "at home" in the fully stocked kitchen, and rest well with crisp white linens and soft bath towels which are provided for you. A morning cup of coffee in the private courtyard will taste great just before heading out to explore. Enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch in the evenings after taking a walk in this beautiful neighborhood or along the waterfront.
The convenience of the Little Yellow Cottage can’t be beat! It is a 7-8 minute walk straight down Water Street to the Fort, the Visitor’s Center and St. George Street, and all of the downtown area. Hop in your car or on your bike and Vilano Beach or Anastasia Island State Park is just a short 3 mile ride away along with the Ampitheatre, Alligator Farm, and St. Augustine Lighthouse. There an ecclectic mix of fun, antique shops, local great eateries and bars including Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grille and St. Augustine Distillery.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
