Comfortable attic apartment with a large furnished terrace is perfect for 3 people, it is located a few meters from the Carducci metro station. We are also a stone’s throw from the hospitals (CTO, Molinette, Cellini) and the Parco del Valentino and it is a short distance from the Polytechnic University, Palasport and the Olympic Stadium. Ideal solution for short tourist or business stays in Turin!
Nice attic of about 40 square meters located on the ninth floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:
LIVING AREA: with a sofa, split AC (in front of the bedroom door) and TV
KITCHENETTE: with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM: with a queen bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: equipped with shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer
TERRACE: furnished with table and chairs
Our guests will also have unlimited free WiFi, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, central heating with valves.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.
We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.
For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
The house is located in a residential area, just few meters from the metro, which can take you to the center in less than six minutes and even less to the very crowded San Salvario. We are a short walk from the Po River Park, the most important exhibition centers, Lingotto, the most renowned city hospitals and the University Faculties.
Turin is a splendid city, and boasts over 40 national and local museums, some of which are of absolute interest. In addition, the Royal Residences of the Savoy, arranged around the city, are well placed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
Very convenient to move around: just a few steps away is the metro station that takes you towards the center, Porta Nuova or Lingotto. Convenient to take the motorway south of Turin.
We are outside the ZTL zone and you can find a paid parking in the street (blue stripes) or there are also paid covered parking lots:
- Garage Victor, Via Ormea 146-148, the rate is 1 euro per hour / 15 euro per day
- Molinette, Corso Achille Mario Dogliotti 44 / A,, the rate is 1 euro per hour / 7 euro per day
