Upstairs there is a large Bedroom 2 with 2 twin bunk beds each with a trundle, that will sleeps 6 kiddos. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, it includes a queen bed and wall mounted HDTV. The condo has a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bamboo style wainscoting. Main seating area hosts Spectrum Cable and Wi-Fi. The community features exotic décor, 2 pool areas, a play area for the kids and BBQ area but you must remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid. The owner offers a 10% discount to all active military families, firefighters, law enforcement and teachers. This is a non smoking condo. This is not a golf cart accessible property. This unit has parking for 3 cars. Parking passes are required.
