SLEEPING QUARTERS Very comfy King-size Bed, opens onto the Pool and Spa, boasts a large walk-in closet, large wall mounted Smart TV over the dresser. Keep cool with the ceiling fan. En Suite Bath features dual sinks, soaking tub, over-sized walk-in shower, cabinets/drawers for linens and/or your personal effects. Guestroom 1, 2 & 3 feature queen beds, Smart TV, closets, dressers, ceiling fans. The three bedrooms shared two guest baths. Guest Bath #1 is off the hallway with 2 sinks and a tub/shower combination, while Guest Bath #2 is off the hallway with 1 sink and a walk-in shower. INDOORS Great Room features large open ceilings and abundance of natural light. The large sofa accommodates movie night, and the large 65in Smart TV is made for entertaining. For those who need to work remotely a work desk provided. From the Great Room enter into the Dining Area with Gas fireplace, dining for 6 overlooking the Pool and Outdoors. The dining area is open to the well-appointed Kitchen with Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The property features full-sized washer and dryer in the two car garage with easy access into the home. OUTDOORS This wonderful backyard retreat features Mountain Views and Sparkling Pool and Spa! The natural gas BBQ is located conveniently close to the kitchen, and next to the outdoor dining area with ample seating for 8 guests. Lounge by the pool, BBQ with your family and friends all in the same area. COVID-19 CLEANING PROCESS We are continuing to maintain enhanced cleaning protocol based on CDC and state guidelines. The safety of our guests and staff is our priority. Cleaning teams continue to use PPE and our staff practices social distancing and frequent hand washing. THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA Tennis Gardens are located half a mile from the front door, Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 1 mile away. ***Pool Heating*** A $30/night pool heat deposit is collected for guests who want to heat the pool. Pool heating is NOT recommended when the lows are under 60 degrees and highs under 78; the cost will likely exceed the $30/night deposit. For hot tub use, we allow $4/night gas usage and any excessive will be deducted from the Security Deposit. GOOD NEIGHBOR RULES The minimum age for this property is 25 years. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS OR ANIMALS STRICT CITY QUOTE HOURS ARE: 10pm - 7AM IW Permit No: HV-0082, ST - 3823 CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling the greater of $350 or 10% of the total rental amount. GUESTS THAT CANCEL 1 - 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. If reservations are made within the 45-day window then no cancellations will be honored.
