Villa Mia has been completely renovated and is surrounded by the green hills of Romagna, offering a splendid opportunity for a relaxing stay. The property is located at the foot of a hill from where you can admire a beautiful 360 degrees panorama, framed by hills where nature is the predominant element. The area is characterised by its almost-unchanged "mountain" identity, where nature and traditions still find ample space and represent values that are well defended by the local community. An environment far from the frenetic rhythms of the city and where pollution and traffic are uncommon. The property is also located within a tourist itinerary where mountain bikers or hikers make excursions in the surrounding woods.
Interior:
The villa has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the large open-plan area consisting of living room, dining area and modern kitchen. The living area is connected to the pool area and the portico through French windows. To the right of the entrance is a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a small laundry room. A beautiful iron staircase goes up to the first floor with two other double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
The house stands in a park of about 70.000 sq m, surrounded by harmonious green hills, with a parking area next to the house. The garden is enhanced by tall trees and bushes. On terracing next to the house is the swimming pool, a delightful relaxing corner. Also, set between the villa and the pool is a large portico, perfect for convivial meals in front of the beautiful panorama offered by the area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
