This home is newly-constructed and has low-key nautical touches throughout. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, and then dine indoors at the table for six, or outside on the the furnished patio. The front-facing living area is furnished with a sofa and loveseat and also includes a desk and chair for remote work or schooling and a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite channels.
