This unique 3-bedroom house boasts four hotel standard beds as well as 3 bathrooms (one en-suite). There is a private patio for guest use. We are within walking distance to the city centre, with the river Cherwell to one side and a lovely big park on the other.
The house is fitted with modern conveniences such as a Smart TV, 100Mb fibre broadband, usb and ethernet sockets, Nespresso machine and fully equipped kitchen.

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply:
Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm).
Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am).
To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out. If this causes an inconvenience to incoming or outgoing guests, we may need to decline the request.
