A distinctive highlight of the property is the opportunity to experience the coast directly from the sea: thanks to private boats with professional skippers, guests can arrange tailor-made excursions along the Amalfi Coast or reach Capri with ease, turning their stay into a truly memorable experience.
LAYOUT AND INTERIOR SPACES
Casa Elena offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. All rooms are tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and feature panoramic views that enhance the sea scenery. Outdoor spaces are one of the home’s key strengths, providing unique settings for outdoor breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.
The house is arranged over two levels:
FIRST FLOOR
• Large panoramic seafront terrace furnished with table and chairs for six, sun loungers, BBQ, heated hot tub with sea view, and outdoor shower (open year-round).
(Please note: the hot tub requires approximately 24 hours to heat up – maximum temperature 40°C).
• Panoramic patio accessible from both the bedrooms and living area, with table and benches for outdoor dining
• Spacious living and dining area with double sofa bed
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• Two large double bedrooms (bed size 160x190 cm) with direct access to the outdoor areas and sea view
• Two bathrooms with shower
MEZZANINE AREA
• Two single beds (cannot be joined), ideal for children or teenagers

Casa Elena is located in the center of Praiano, on the eastern side of the Amalfi Coast, with easy access from the main road via approximately 35 steps.
• The location is extremely convenient, with:
• Restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance
• Local bus stop directly in front of the property
• SITA bus stop approx. 500 m away
• Grocery store “Tutto per Tutti” nearby
• Main beach “La Praia” reachable with a scenic 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus/car. This is also where the pier for private boat departures is located.
For guests traveling independently, a fenced parking space connected to the property is available on request (paid service).
Local taxis and NCC services can be arranged for quick transfers to Positano, Amalfi, or other destinations.
This strategic location allows easy exploration of renowned coastal towns such as Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, thanks to efficient public transport links and scenic coastal roads.
