The kitchen leads off this open floor-plan and comes stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. Start your mornings with coffee at the kitchen bar, or head to the balcony and watch the waves roll in. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The VIEWS from the living area are truly breathtaking, and you will love ending your day in one of the terrace chairs, enjoying drinks as the sun goes down! The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a Queen bed, ample storage, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom- there is even a view! The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. The Guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a flat screen TV and a shared bathroom just steps away. BOTH bedrooms feature modern furnishings and plenty of space. The Bunk Room has 2 Twin beds and a door for privacy. You will find the Washer and Dryer in the bathroom as well. There is a Full sleeper sofa in the living area. Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City’s premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley’s Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB! This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night’s rest! Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival. Please note: We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found. Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
