Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. The villa is a little gem located on the hillside of Les Issambres. Just finished renovating, this 4-bedroom villa with pool offers chic Parisian interior design in a traditional Provencal villa. The house is nestled on the side of a hill and offers several nooks and corners on the terraces and in the garden: on the side, a gravel terrace where guests can play petanque and enjoy a drink, traditional BBQ terrace on the side of the kitchen, large front terrace with an awning housing a large dining table, 2 side gates to take a walk in the surrounding greenery or to walk to the beach for the more athletic guests. The hallway opens onto a large open space living/dining area and offers a great space for entertaining and relaxing. With a large comfortable sofa, fireplace, smart TV and sound system, the airy living room leads to the terrace with a fabulous sea view and lounge area to enjoy an aperitif in the evening. The dining area can seat 8 guests and has 2 large French windows inviting the South of France sunrays. The kitchen is semi-open next to the dining room and has great facilities with a large central island, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hot plates, oven, juicer, breakfast bar, filter coffee machine and kettle. There is also an office set up on the mezzanine with a comfortable sofa, and a guest WC on the ground floor. The lower level houses 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower enclosure, vanity and WC and one with a bathtub, shower enclosure, double vanity and WC), and a utility room. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and storage area. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and the 4th one is on the other side of the corridor. The pool area is very inviting with several sunlounges, a day bed with pillows and a bench to rest after a dip in the pool. This villa is ideal for families who want to spend quality time together in a stunning area. Other amenities are full mesh internet, WIFI, parking for 1 car plus 1 at the top of the drive.
