Sea Pirate 1 This island condo is tucked away in a quiet, small complex that is less than 100 steps to the beach. With fresh, updated decor this rental is a great place to spend your island time. When not relaxing on one of the two private outdoor patios and barbecuing on the gas grill, make sure to enjoy the large, heated community pool. . Not only is this condo a seashell’s throw from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, it is also only a 3 minute walk to an ice cream parlor, shopping and multiple restaurants – just stroll through the pool’s back gate and you will see the retail center! Also nearby there are plenty of other options for great island cuisine and shopping including Manatee Public Beach which offers beachside dining (including all you can eat pancakes on the beach) or hop on the free trolley to experience Pine Avenue, Bridge Street and other attractions AMI has to offer. Things to know: This property has a 7-night stay requirement. This property’s maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests.
