Come relax up in the trees, where you’ll enjoy the privacy and seclusion, while still being less than 2 miles to town. The gorgeous views from the treehouse are year round and is situated on a piece of our 9 acre property, up in the Appalachian mountains. You will have access to the Ellijay River, where our main house sits on - just a quick walk down your driveway to the river. Tubing is available with Cartecay River Experience or Ellijay River Outfitters.
**** Please note new concrete driveway is very steep, 4 wheel drive is highly recommended but not required. ATV is no longer available for use. ****

The treehouse features a large deck with a lot of seating options, a firepit, 2 hammock swings, a hot tub, a grill and of course - the views! Inside, the floor plan is very open and spacious, yet cozy. The living room features a gas fireplace - perfect for cozying up on the couch with a glass of wine, and a flat screen TV - perfect for a movie night. The living room does have a pullout couch, making this comfortable for 4 adults max. The fully stocked kitchenette features a sink, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and a 2 burner stove top (no oven or dishwasher). The dining room, just off the kitchen, has a high top table and seating for 4. The spacious, updated bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower and a large vanity. Upstairs in the loft, is the romantic oasis featuring a king bed and a flat screen TV.
You are located just 1.6 miles from downtown Ellijay, where you’ll have grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shops, less than 5 mins away. You are 20-30 mins from multiple hiking trails and waterfalls. Ellijay is known for their apple orchards and have many within a few mile radius. Vineyards and winery’s are also very popular in Ellijay and you have many to choose from 20 - 30 minutes away. Weather you seek adventure, a romantic getaway, a girls weekend, or pure relaxation, the treehouse is for you!
