Location: Private estate home located in a quiet mountain setting. 10 minutes to south Asheville & Biltmore Park, 15 minutes to Asheville Regional Airport, 15 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate, and 20 minutes south-east of downtown Asheville. For hiking, cycling and driving enthusiasts: 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the Bent Creek Trailhead, 35 minutes to Pisgah National Forest, 40 minutes to Craggy Gardens Visitor Center, and 50 minutes to DuPont State Recreational Forest. Convenient to everything in Western North Carolina (WNC), and accessed via ONLY paved roads.

The home is situated just outside of south Asheville, offering complete privacy for relaxation and enjoyment of the Blue Ridge Mountains, while being convenient to everything in and around WNC, and specifically eclectic Asheville. Get ready to be “wowed” by this 7,000+ sq. ft. lodge with multiple master suites, a variety of entertaining spaces, high ceilings, tile and hard wood flooring, and a wide assortment of gaming tables and activities. You will immediately feel at home in your own private get-a-way at The Huntly Estate. That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the wrap-a-round front porch, fire pit, deck, or hot tub patio, and actually venture inside! The great room, with plenty of space to unwind, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together prepping meals. There are 4 outdoor relaxation areas; the rockers on the front porch, the south facing deck overlooking the mountains, the terrace patio with hot tub, and the Adirondacks around the firepit. However you choose to spend your time, you are sure to enjoy this peaceful mountain retreat. You are just minutes from America’s favorite scenic byway, The Blue Ridge Parkway, motorcycle touring, biking, hiking, white water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lining, a Segway tour… just about any outdoor activity! Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive farm/estate locale. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area offers.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
