This special house is full of natural wood and stone finishes, stainless steel appliances, and plentiful windows, including a wall of windows in the living room that frame incredible views of the water. You’ll have an in-home fitness room with a treadmill and an elliptical machine, a wrap-around deck with rocking chairs overlooking the ocean, as well as a wet bar and two fireplaces - one wood and one gas - to make cool coastal evenings all the more cozy.

This waterfront home is located on scenic Kehail Point, 12 miles south of darling downtown Wiscasset and Maine’s famous Route 1. If you take the short drive up to town, you’ll find one of the most beloved lobster rolls in Maine at Red’s Eats, as well as canoes and kayaks to rent at Wiscasset Trading Post. When you’re not relaxing in this spectacular setting, you’ll also be wonderfully positioned for day trips around the Midcoast, whether you choose to explore the historic shipbuilding town of Bath (20 miles west), charming Boothbay Harbor (25 miles southeast), or Georgetown Island and Reid State Park (30 miles southwest).
