Inside, the living space is bright and open with comfortable furnishings and a stacked-stone gas fireplace in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite appliances, and amenities such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The unit does not have air conditioning.
Enjoy a family game night over the dining table then go for a long soak in the shared hot tub. The shared pool is a great way to cool off after a good workout in the community fitness center. When you aren’t swimming, challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong in the shared gaming room. When it is time to hit the hay, the bedrooms are equally comfortable and the sofa bed in the living room extends the sleeping arrangements.
Nearby, you’ll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You’ll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.
