A three-bedroom, two-bath home, this condo also offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, flatscreen TVs in each room, free WiFi, a fully furnished private balcony, central AC, a soaking tub in the main bathroom, a washer/dryer, and lots more!
Sunset Island has so much to see and do, you may never feel the need to leave the property gates. This quaint, 37-acre private community is surrounded by the Bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at Sunset. A shoreline walking path encircles the island, taking you past Sunset Island’s private bayfront beaches, a fishing pier, a marina, the community clubhouse, a restaurant, and indoor and outdoor pools. You’ll have beautiful views of wetlands and the Ocean City skyline. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of the snack bar and general store, where you can buy coffee, fine wines, and various necessities. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.A non-refundable community registration fee that is payable by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover is due upon arrival at Sunset Island. A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Six (6) facility passes are included with the rental. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Additional registration fee is charged by Sunset Island for select events. Special event surcharge and dates are subject to change without notice.
For any stays booked less than 48 hours in advance during May 1 – September 30 will have an additional $25 charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community.
This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, sauna and indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
