What are the terms and conditions? 

• A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity. 

• The 10% discount is available on bookings made by both cash/credit card, and Marriott Bonvoy points redemption, and a combination of cash & Marriott Bonvoy points bookingsredemption (.excluding  Free Night Awards are excluded from this promotion. 

• Registration is not required for this promotion.    

• Save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between February 16, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) – April 5, 2026 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”) for stays completed between April 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026.  

• Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning April 1, 2026, up to and including nights stayed on or before July 31, 2026. 

• The 10% discount is subject to all applicable local legal requirements, and if the application of the discount is prohibited by law, the promotion will not be offered in that jurisdiction, and affected properties will be excluded from participation.   

• A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale. 

• For participating homes, the 10% discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during checkout. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.  

• Changes to the method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation and rebooking is required in order to make modifications to an original booking. Please carefully review the cancellation policy of your selected home before finalizing booking.   

• Members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMB Platform.   

• Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.   

• Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.  

• Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion. 

• No points are awarded for cancellation or no-show. 

• Award redemption stays where Points are redeemed for a portion of, or the entire stay, including partial redemptions, are eligible for this promotion.  

• Provided that the correct Marriott Bonvoy Membership Account Number is added as part of the booking process, Points will automatically appear in the Member’s Account within seventy-two (72) hours following completion of their stay.

• Marriott reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prevent, cancel, reconcile, or otherwise refuse to honor any transaction related to the promotion if Marriott suspects there has been fraudulent activity related to the transaction.
