This newly built home is located in the most desired area of the Downtown Historic District. This Divine, Southern style home is packed with charm. With a wrap around porch, and six beds spread out amongst three-stories, Blue Manor is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Guests will feel at ease with the warm furnishings and decor, making space for good conversation and some well-deserved R&R.
Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a bright and inviting living room, well-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a formal dining area. Cook a meal together as a way to catch up, or let a private chef do all the hard work! The open floor plan creates a convivial atmosphere, allowing you to keep your guests entertained.
A powder room is tucked to the side, adjacent to the entrance to the back porch. Stepping out onto the back porch, you can find a bistro set, perfect for a morning cup of joe.
Heading back toward the front entrance, you will find a wooden staircase that leads to the upper levels. The bedrooms on the second floor offer access to a second story wrap around porch, with views of the tree-lined historic district. The first bedroom, deemed the primary suite, is just off of the hallway at top of the stairs. This grand bedroom offers a king size bed, with crisp white linens and cozy accents. Step over to the en suite bathroom that boasts with natural light, a spacious walk-in shower, double sink vanity and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this floor offers a queen size bed, also with an en suite bath. Conveniently located between both floors, you’ll find the full-size washer and dryer on the second floor as well.
Heading up to the third level, you will find two additional spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom toward the back of the home offers two twin size beds, a comfortable day bed, large closets, and a dedicated reading nook! The second bedroom at the front of the home has an identical layout fitted with a king size bed. There is also a shared third floor bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
What is parking like for this home?
This home features a private parking space. All other parking for this property is on-street, and is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests should be aware of posted Sweep Zone signs throughout the city.
