See details below.**** STR Permit #2020-1065 Our 3 Bed, 2 Bath two-story condo, which is located a mile from downtown Ouray, features amazing views of the surrounding peaks and the Uncompaghre River. It is located just across the street from the River Walk trail which provides convenient walking access to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool and Park and downtown Ouray. Bed Configuration Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd Level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk bed, twin over full (2nd Level) This is a two-story top unit that sleeps up to 6 people. It features a gas fireplace in the main living space and a nice dining area and kitchen that are perfect for your next Ouray vacation with family or friends. The bathroom on the main level features a tub/shower combination, while the upper level full bath has a walk-in shower. There is one dedicated parking space for the unit located in front of the garage; there are spaces for additional vehicles on the street. The garage is not available for guest use. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
