Our home is fully stocked with a gourmet kitchen, comfortable large bedrooms, a private deck with BBQ, 2 car garage, strollers, pack n play, beach towels and toys! Once you get to the house, the cars are parked in the garage and not used again until you leave Avila Beach. Everything is within walking distant! The roomy floor plan feels much bigger than 1700 sq ft. It has beautiful mountain views with private back deck and BBQ grill surrounded by trees and greenery. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, with a full hood for any gourmet to enjoy. The house is one of the few in Avila that is a individual home with 3 full bedrooms and 2 baths that fits 8 people. Complete with a full 2 car garage, and laundry center with full washer and dryer. The rooms consist of a large master suite with queen bed, his and hers closets, connected to a full bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with full closet. The third room has two (2) twin size beds furnished with several kids toys and books! There is also a full sleeper couch in the living room and an air mattress. Other luxury items we keep for your use is a high chair, stroller, pack n’ play, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella, and beach chairs. 5 REASONS TO STAY AT OUR AVILA BEACH CONDO: 1.) Once you arrive, the car is usually parked in the 2 car garage the whole time and enjoy walking to everything in Avila. Our house is located in a quiet area so there is plenty of privacy and quietness at night. No restaurant or bar noise late into the evening, just the peacefulness! 2. THE AVILA BEACH EXPERIENCE. During your stay with us, our home becomes your home, and we want to ensure your experience is truly memorable. We do our best to provide impeccable service and amenities so you can focus your attention on family, friends, and fun while on your holiday! 3. SIZE MATTERS - Top quality family time can be hard to enjoy crowded around a small dinner table or a small hotel room. Weighing in at nearly 1700 sq. ft. (4-5 times the average size hotel room) Our house is capable of seating up to 8 at the dining room table. The bedrooms are very large so you don’t feel like you are in a closet. And don’t forget the spacious living room area with a large couch and two other soft comfortable seating chairs! 4. CHILDREN FRIENDLY. We have children, so we understand the hassels of lugging high chairs, play pens, strollers whenever we travel. So we have eliminated that for you, and provided all these items right here in the house. There are also books, toys, movies and games to entertain the little ones when not on the beach! All new beach gear included: towels, sand toys, umbrella and chairs to take along to the beach. 5. PET FRIENDLY. Maximum two (2) dogs permitted. Each pet not to exceed 45 pounds.
