The stunning kitchen - with quality appliances including a 5-burner gas cooktop and large oven, a stainless steel fridge with ice and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, DeLonghi coffee-pod machine, and complimentary pantry items - will make all your holiday feasts a joy to prepare. With the top-quality IGA virtually across the road and Scicluna’s fresh fruit and veg selling only the finest produce just down the street, delicious home cooked meals are made ultra-convenient. And of course, if you don’t feel like cooking there is certainly no shortage of fantastic restaurants at your fingertips. The large kitchen breakfast bench with 5 stools is a great place to gather around in the evenings for a glass of wine while dinner is being prepared. While the dining setting for 10 people soaks up the natural light, treetop views and rolling terrain of Sorrento. Also in the main living space is the stylish, modern lounge area with incredibly comfortable and generously sized couch and arm chairs that catch sight of the sparkling waters of the Bay. Although you’re certain not to tire of the views there is also a large TV with Netflix to unwind. For an apartment, this holiday house offers plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh seaside air and sunshine. From the lounge, the Spa terrace is accessed: providing an elevated Spa, seating, and a great BBQ setup with bench space and fridge. Next to the entrance hall is a flight of stairs leading to the 25 meter squared rooftop terrace with seating to enjoy the splendid views. And down the spacious corridor to the second lounge/bunk room is yet another terrace. The second lounge/bunk room is such a fun arrangement for kids. With a wall of 9 alcove bunks (suitable for children), comfy couches for hanging out on, large TV, and their own private balcony, they are sure to have a blast. And for the adults: pure luxury. The Master bedroom has an incredibly comfortable King bed with bedside lamps that double as phone chargers, WIR, ensuite with 2 hand basins, shower, and toilet, and 2 complimentary bathrobes. Bedroom two also has a King bed, robes, and 2 complimentary bathrobes. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, robes, and 2 complimentary bathrobes. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, as well as 10 spa towels. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet; and there is also a separate powder room with hand basin and toilet. A laundry with washer and dryer provides convenience for longer stays. An office area attached to the second lounge allows any working/studying to do so with ease. And ducted heating and cooling make the apartment comfortable all year round. The 3 secure carparks in the basement make parking a breeze in this bustling summer destination and lift access finishes off this spectacular apartment with everything you could ask for.
