Stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the whitewashed mountain village of Mijas Pueblo, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and much of the Costa del Sol!
This apartment was recently renovated in July 2017 and offers a beautifully furnished interior, spacious with comfortable leather sofas in the lounge area to sit and enjoy the beautiful views under the cool (or hot!) air conditioning system. The lounge area also has a flat screen TV (with HDMI & USB connections) and Fibre Optic WiFi. There are two bathrooms and the apartment has one double and two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with everything you need for a self catering holiday!
On the terrace there are two sunbeds, table and chairs for 4 people and a BBQ. The views are simply breathtaking and possibly some of the best views available anywhere on the Costa del Sol! You can see Africa on clear days, the boats on the Mediterranean (from small fishing boats to large military and cruise ships) and right down the coast from Fuengirola through Mijas Costa to Marbella in the distance.
The apartment complex has a lovely swimming pool, good size and open in the Summer months. You are also a short walk away from the main Mijas Pueblo village, with bars and restaurants starting at just a couple minutes walk away!
Available to rent year round for stays from 7 nights and even available for longer stays of 2-9 months in the Winter months at discounted monthly rates, this is sure to be a hugely popular apartment so inquire early for your stay!
Guests have access to the full apartment during their stay. The communal pool is also open in Summer months and available only to those staying on the complex.
Property Manager (Spain) manage, maintain and clean/prepare the apartment on behalf of the private owners. We are available during your stay to assist with any emergencies, though a certain level of autonomy and responsibility for the property is expected in a reasonable manner during your stay.
Mijas Pueblo is a delight! A typical Spanish mountain village, with lots of little backstreets and hidden tapas bars and wonderful restaurants, there is also a lot of history. The views are simply spectacular from various points in the Village (as from the apartment), yet the lovely beaches and attractions of the nearby coastal resort towns are just a short 20 minute drive away.
Hire cars are recommended when staying in Mijas Pueblo to make the most of the area, however shops and restaurants are walking distance from the apartment.
