Cozy upper condo at Mesquite Country Club has exceptional Southwest views of the golf course and mountains beyond. Each bedroom has a balcony. The master and living room patios face southward and view the golf course and mountains. The second bedroom patio looks north over the complex. This unit also features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, a newly renovated kitchen, and new flat screens. Other amenities include HBO and HD channels, WIFI, DVR, TV/Movies on Demand, DVD Player, and unlimited long distance to US and Canada
The very popular Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis, racquetball and all the amenities you’d expect, while situated in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Mesquite, is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services at Ramon Road and Sunrise Way, as well as the Mizell Senior Center and the Palm Springs Library, and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs or the airport. Worry-free, and most of all, affordable!
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
