Off a quiet alley, on the second floor of the building, this location is still
just one block from Town Park providing an amazing home base for summer
festivals or winter sledding, ice skating, and cross-country skiing. A three-
block walk takes you to the free gondola and chair lift 8 for easy walk-to-ski
access or a scenic ride to Mountain Village. The restaurants, bars, and shops
of Telluride’s main street are a short stroll away and the free Galloping
Goose bus also stops on the next corner to get you anywhere you need to go in
town.

On this floor is the kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, is
open to the dining and living areas providing an inviting and comfortable

the electric fireplace and stream your favorite flick via the ROKU or gather
at the table for a board game. Colorful art and modern lighting throughout
this property lend to its charm. Kick back and take in some sun from the
Adirondack chairs in the outdoor area. There is also a mudroom complete with
ski rack and ample space for coats and gear.
UPPER/THIRD FLOOR
With one bedroom with a king bed as well as a loft space with a queen bed,
both on the second floor of the condo, there’s plenty of room for four. The
primary bedroom features a large flat-screen TV and an elegant bathroom on the
second floor offers a vanity space separate from the shower creates ease and
convenience in preparing for the day’s adventures.
Please note this property does not have a designated parking spot. A W-Zone
parking pass is provided for on-street parking.
