Costa do Sol is a spacious and bright apartment, ideal for families and groups up to four people.
The apartment has 110 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, private parking and two balconies with a total area of 42 m2.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, among other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, near Lido.
Within a few minutes’ walk, there are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 250 metres from the Monumental Experience Shopping Centre, 600 metres from the Lido Bathing Complex and the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services, attraction areas and bus stops. The airport Aerobus has a stop 250 metres from the building’s entrance.
By car, there is easy access to the main roads of Funchal and the motorway to explore the island.
OBSERVATIONS
The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with commerce and services where potential traffic noise exists, which is attenuated when closing the windows. There are ongoing works in the neighbourhood that may cause noise during the day.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island’s climate.
Cleaning is done before guests’ arrival and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is performed, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviours that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree on the check-in time at least two days before arrival, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present an identification document upon arrival and provide missing identification data to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
