Free WiFi is available throughout the unit. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and cooler are all available for your use. Tennis & pickleball courts and shuffleboard are new and available for use. The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building C on the ground floor next to the stairway door & elevators. This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport. No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony. No pets allowed. RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED. Minimum age to rent is 25.
