Fingal Bay Beach House is located only 50m from family favourite Fingal Bay Beach and the boat ramp. With tempting views of the beach from the front veranda, its super versatile floor plan makes it ideal for large families, intragenerational families or two families to share for a good old fashioned beach holiday. The home is also only 10 mins drive to Nelson Bay.
Fingal Bay Beach House is located at the southern end of the beach, affectionately referred to as Kiddie’s Corner. This protected stretch of the beach is perfect for children as it’s sheltered from big waves and typically has the type of small rolling waves that kids can spend hours enjoying. Waves just right for learning to surf or bodyboard, standup paddle boarding, kayaking and snorkelling. The beach is often patrolled by Surf Life Savers who set up flags indicating the best place to swim. There’s an amenities block, and BBQs and picnic tables are scattered along the grassy reserve adjacent to the beach. Bring the kids’ bikes and scooters or simply wander north along the pathway, that runs parallel with the beach, in only a few hundred meters you’ll discover a wonderful children’s playground and the Surf Life Saving Club’s cafe and restaurant. At low tide you can venture over the Fingal Spit and spend time exploring Fingal Island and see the light house.
Fingal Bay Beach House consists of two separate cottages, which are only meters apart and have an undercover deck between them.
Right Side Cottage - Sleeps 2, it consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, an open plan dining room, lounge room and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely sunny, north facing, wrap around veranda. There’s air con and a ceiling fan in the lounge room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Left Side Cottage - Sleeps 6, it consists of two bedrooms with ceiling fans. There’s also a bathroom, laundry with washer and dryer, and lounge room, with a sofa bed (suitable for two children upon application), air con plus a ceiling fan and sliding doors which open onto a large undercover entertaining deck, complete with outdoor dining setting. Here, behind a roller door, the outdoor kitchen houses a sink, fridge and built-in BBQ. This is the perfect spot for everyone to congregate, relax and cook up holiday feasts, while the kids play on the grass. There’s also a double carport, off street parking for two and street parking.
Dog Friendly - maximum 2 small/medium dogs. $100 per dog (request/approval required).

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
All booking guests, including OTA reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to ’visitors’ to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
