Its privileged location in Cortes, one of the most traditional and historic neighbourhoods in the city centre, places it near points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, the famous Cibeles Fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just minutes walking from some of the most iconic and photographed places such as the Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Despite being located in a lively area, with an extensive variety of services, bars, restaurants, museums and theatres, the good insulation of the apartments will allow you to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The apartment:
This bright and modern 200 m² apartment is located in a renovated 19th-century building. It has a lift and can accommodate 9 people.
The spacious and bright living room, which also integrates the dining area, features a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, two designer chairs, and exquisite decorative elements such as lamps, paintings, and a rug that give the space distinction and style.
It has a kitchen independent of the living room, equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a 10/10 experience: high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
It is distributed in four comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed and two others with two single beds in each of them. In addition, the living room has a single sofa bed. In total, there are 3 full bathrooms with shower, two of them en suite in two of the rooms, and a toilet.
Underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park less than 200 metres away.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause disturbing noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest’s identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Property Manager is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
