The space at Villa Ubud Canyon is a beautiful one-bedroom villa, offering stunning views of the Petanu River valley. Located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Ubud, in a clean, and green area, this villa is truly unique due to its exceptional location. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. Then, enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley and river while lounging in the luxurious pool.

HOUSE RULES:
⦿ Please respect the local culture, all local Bali and villa assets, and prevent disturbing the peaceful Ubud holiday and living environment with noise or actions that unreasonably affect or disturb others. (Parties and loud music are not allowed)
⦿ Children, outside visitors and pets are not allowed at the villa. Only registered guests with registered ID during booking can stay – as required by law.
⦿ Not allowed to use towels and bed linen for removal of sunblock, oils and make up, that by nearly default destroys the towels and bed linen for future use.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Ubud Canyon is located 2.5 kilometers from the center of Ubud, known as the art capital and cultural heart of the Island of the Gods. Here, you will discover ancient temples, majestic royal palaces, the monkey forest, and stunning vistas of lush green hills and terraced rice paddies for an authentic Balinese experience.
ACCESS
Around or at the villa there is parking space for motorcycles. Cars can be parked on the side of the road when parking spots are available, or with 3 car rental agencies at 60 meter distance. Parking space availability needs to be confirmed first by the Host earliest 1 week before arrival. In general it is not recommendable to visit Ubud by car since the government has end 2023 forbidden to park cars along the road side in Ubud in order to reduce traffic jams. Motorbikes and public / online transport are the most convenient way of transport.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
⦿ Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in detail every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore, we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
⦿ Please note that there is a room/pool extension development of a nearby villa. This might lead in certain day time hours lead to occasional noise, despite the villa owner’s contractor has made utmost precautions to prevent any hinder. However, we assure you that your comfort remains our priority. As a gesture of goodwill, for a limited time, we have included a discount in the price to make up for any inconvenience.
