An elegant twostory vacation home of 2153 sq.ft. featuring 3 bedrooms all with TV-s. and 3 beautifully tiled bathrooms, with contemporary high quality new furnishings. The home is fully air conditioned. This home will accommodate up to 6 people. There is complimentary use of a high chair, crib and stroller. The home has Free WiFi. Come and enjoy this truly luxurious home!! The fully equipped, eat in kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast area with bar stools. The dining area which seats 6 is conveniently located next to the kitchen and close to the nicely appointed living area. The kitchen is open plan and you can see all the way to the pool through the sliding patio doors in the living room. After a day at the parks, you will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet of the screened and covered lanai which also includes a splash pool that can be heated! The pool has a seating bench and bubbles for your enjoyment. Two sun loungers are placed beside the pool. There is a seating group with 6 chairs. A security fence is present on the patio for families with small children. In the living room you will enjoy the comfortable leather sofa whilst watching the flat screen TV. You will love the second floor king master with private balcony to relax and enjoy the expansive view. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks, shower and a toilet. The second bedroom on the second floor offers twin beds. Bathroom with tub/shower, sink and toilet. The third bedroom is located in the first floor, and features a queen bed.
