The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and great light from the large window. The in-unit laundry can be accessed from the primary bedroom. The refreshed en suite bathroom is fully updated with a shower and granite countertops. For your convenience, both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. In the guest bedroom, you will find a queen over twin bunk bed, Smart TV, and another en suite bathroom. The updated bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a water room for added privacy. Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking. STARTING APRIL 2026: The HOA will begin Phase 2 of the clubhouse remodel, including upgrades to the workout facility and pool deck resurfacing. For safety, the pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the next 3–4 months.
